3 Day Crop

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Cost is $205 payable by check or Zelle; $215 via PayPal

• Arrival at 10:00 a.m. 
• All day beverage stations to include coffee, tea in the mornings, and assorted sodas and water until 10:00 p.m.
• Two lunches and one breakout snack plus breakfast included if staying at hotel and booking through hotel.
• Prizes to win, Bingo to play (at a nominal fee for grand prizes), music, vendors, friends, laughter and fun.

4 Day Crop

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Cost is $235 payable by check or Zelle; $245 via Paypal

• Arrival at 1:00 pm. There will be a reception with some hors d'oeuvres in the late afternoon. 
• Friday begins the all day beverage stations to include coffee, tea in the mornings, and assorted soft drinks and water until 10:00 p.m.
• Two lunches and one breakout snack plus breakfast included if staying at hotel and booking through hotel.
• Prizes to win, Bingo to play (at a nominal fee for grand prizes), music, vendors, friends, laughter and fun.

Hotel accommodations are made separately.  To book your room, please call the reservation line at 1-800-HOLIDAY or (703) 471-7411 and ask for the Weekend Memories Scrapbooking group rate which is $115.00/night for 2025. A link is also provided on the registration page. Be sure to book your room at least 30 days prior to the crop for each event to secure your discounted rate. Breakfast is included when booking through this site and for Weekend Memories weekends. (2 coupons per day per queen room and 1 coupon per day for a king room.) 

Any reservation received after the cutoff date (within 30 days or less prior to the event) will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. 

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.

Chantilly's is now open for breakfast. Start your day with cooked-to-order eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage, French toast, oatmeal, fruit, coffee, tea, juice and more. Available for dine-in and carryout. 

O'Malley's Pub is open for dine-in and carryout daily from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
