Cancellation and Change Date Policy

We understand that unforeseen events sometimes occur that prevent you from attending an event that you have paid for. Please note our policy in the event that you have to cancel your registration:

1. If there is a waiting list for an event, I will attempt to find a replacement. 
2. If you or I cannot find a replacement and must cancel your reservation, you will be given a refund based on the below times: 

• Cancellation 31+ days before event: Full Refund 
• Cancellation 15-30 days before event: Refund less a $25 cancellation fee
• Cancellation 1-14 days before event: No Refund
• In any change date you will be charged $20 to cover the costs incurred.

There are no refunds for "No Shows." You will be considered a "No Show" if you do not attend the event and do not notify us prior to the event. 

Please understand that if you register for a crop and it sells out you are responsible for the total payment due before you attend another Weekend Memories crop. 

No refunds will be granted due to natural disasters, national emergencies, or Acts of God as we are still obligated to the hotel. If our venue is open, then the event will be held with no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If an event needs to be cancelled due to venue closure, no penalty fees will occur and the event will be rescheduled for a later date.
